A new wave is forming on Monad. The question is not how big the subsidies are. It is who will keep users and build real value. In the first round of Monad Momentum, we see teams that skip hype and ship product. From DeFi and prediction to gaming and creator tools, they sketch the first real profile of Monad builders.
DeFi foundations and the liquidity flywheel
Kuru (@KuruExchange) is a native CLOB exchange on Monad that blends pro features with easy liquidity deployment. It has added 120,000 followers on X since launch and raised $10 million. Kuru stacks an order book with AMM, uses V3-style liquidity for stables and LSTs, and layers vaults plus meme trading contests to drive participation. It is a clean test of whether a high-performance EVM can deliver true low-latency on-chain trading.
Drake (@DrakeExchange) is a fully on-chain perpetuals DEX targeting a CEX-like feel. A Monad Madness NYC finalist, it mixes an on-chain order book with AMM backstops, adds a Funding Rate Vault for delta-neutral yield, supports cross-margin, gas-free trading, and a points system. With members from Google and Sperax, the team pushes institutional-grade execution on-chain.
Monday Trade (@MondayTrade_) is a spot DEX from the @SynFuturesDefi team. It merges AMM and order-book liquidity, supports multi-asset collateral and cross-margin, and adds NFT social trading with a Farcaster Mini App. SynFutures brings veteran derivatives experience to Monad with a practical, performance-first gateway.
Prediction markets where AI meets crypto
Levr Bet (@Levr_Bet) is an on-chain leveraged sports prediction platform that tokenizes odds into 1 claims. It supports 2x to 5x leverage, combines an order book with a vault model, and ships a Twitter bot for direct betting. As a Monad Madness NYC top-eight project, it shows real appeal for composable, on-chain prediction.
Seer (@seertrade) builds a trading hub that fuses dashboards with prediction markets. It aggregates Dex Screener, Photon, asset tracking, and social analytics, and ships original tools like a DCA heatmap and Trenchworks. An AI-driven prediction module sits on top. The aim is to unify fragmented crypto data, analysis, and decision making.
Kizzy (@kizzymobile) lets users bet on social content itself, like whether a tweet or video will pop. It supports Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok, offers PvP and fixed-odds spreads, and uses the Keso stablecoin with Purple K points. It turns social entertainment into on-chain behavior, a Web3 take on fantasy social.
Consumer, games, and creator economy
Bro.fun (Bro.fun, @bro_dot_fun) is a real-money beer pong game by Rekt Tech. Players stake MON and play to win. The team’s prior title, Death.Fun (Death.Fun), hit 3.1 million transactions on Abstract. Light entertainment meets betting mechanics with viral potential. It could be an early crypto mini-game hit after mainnet.
Omnia (@ExploreOmnia) is incubated by the Sappy Seals community, one of NFT culture’s tightest groups. Led by founder Wab’s meme playbook, Omnia is confirmed for Monad mainnet and now in beta. Community-first design is the core advantage.
Lumiterra (@LumiterraGame) is an on-chain MMORPG with full character progression and tokenized assets. After joining the Monad program it raised $2 million in VC. With Kaito leaderboards and airdrop points, it blends game systems with an economic loop for deeper on-chain immersion.
Telemafia (@TeleMafia) rebuilds classic Mafia Wars inside Telegram. Tests in Latin America show global spread potential. It leans on Telegram-native communities and straightforward crypto incentives for instant onboarding.
Kinetik (@KINETK_AI) targets IP protection and tracking for creators. It turns Web2 content into ERC-721, detects reuse and infringement, and reports over 80,000 copyrights on-chain with 10,000 to 20,000 added each week. It has partnered with YouTube and aims to be the on-chain standard for rights.
Fluffle (@fluffleworld) gamifies productivity. Users focus to hatch and evolve dragons, turning attention into progress. It plans to launch with Monad mainnet and represents early lifestyle apps built for on-chain living.
AI agents and automation on Monad
Symphony (formerly Cadence, @symphonyio) builds AI agent infrastructure for cross-chain execution and DeFi automation. It offers one-click, cross-protocol actions and anchors Monad’s play in AI × Agents. Monad positions itself for AI agents, stablecoin payments, and x402 open payments—more to come as the stack matures.
Monad Momentum is not just an incentive or airdrop plan. It is a builder-first program. These teams are shipping code, refining UX, and creating value. That is how ecosystems win. Execution. Speed. Real users. A beautiful start, and if they keep it up, a tremendous one.
